These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use ofmughelli.net (the “Site”), operated by ONO Consulting LLC (“ONO Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are & What the Site Is
ONO Consulting LLC, founded by Ovie Mughelli, provides consulting and advisory services across employee benefits, group health, wellness, speaking, and strategic partnerships. Content on the Site is general and informational and is not insurance, legal, tax, or medical advice. Insurance and benefits products referenced are offered through the applicable licensed carriers and agencies; nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation where prohibited.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully. You will not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without permission
- Submit false information, or submit another person's contact details without their authorization
3. Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, and the ONO Consulting name and marks are owned by ONO Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (including those of partners such as AFLAC) are the property of their respective owners.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program operated by ONO Consulting LLC. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program description. ONO Consulting LLCsends text messages for two purposes: (a) customer care — appointment, scheduling, and follow-up messages about your inquiry; and (b) occasional updates, offers, and event invitations.
How to opt in.You opt in by submitting our contact form with the SMS consent checkbox checked. The checkbox is not pre-selected — you must actively check it. We record the consent language version, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent as proof of consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Check your mobile plan for details. ONO Consulting LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges.
Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP).
- Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at hello@onoconsulting.info.
Supported carriers.Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not available on all carriers, in all geographies, or at all times.
Mobile information — non-sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Eligibility.By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder of the mobile device on which messages will be received, or have the account holder's permission.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONO Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
